Potatoes

I plant my potatoes in an old wood box with the bottom taken out. There is thick news paper underneath. I fill it part way with compost and as the potatoes grow I top up the soil. When they are done growing it is only a matter of tipping the box over and rummaging for all the yummy spuds.
This year my seed potatoes were supplied by my mum and step dad. I have Dutch Creams and Royal Blues, plus a couple of the ones left over from last year that I don't know the name of. I am looking forward to trying out these new verities.
